Played a principal role in creating the Admin Portal for Career Fair campus managers from scratch. My role involved Researching & Identifying problems through stakeholder interviews. I created Personas & Journey Maps to help reveal major pain points. Followed by iterations of Wireframe and Interface Mockups. I finally contributed to the initial Interface Development process using the MEAN Stack as well.
Designed and developed responsive Web Applications for Cybersecurity tools using Angular.js 1.x and RESTful APIs with SQL. One of the tasks involved creating a Visualization Tool for displaying virtual network topologies using D3.js. I additionally was responsible for creating all of the department’s web and print marketing materials.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, I was responsible for planning and running lab sessions for the Intro. to Software Development w/ C++ undergraduate course –with approximately 120 students. In addition, I proctored exams, graded assignments, and held office hours to aid students who had difficulty with the material covered in class, and the programming assignments.
As the sole designer in the company, I led the design and development for all of Novel’s web existence. This included redesigning the main company website and its R&D project sites from the wireframe stage to developing the UI Prototypes to live projects. I supervised the design of any print materials –Slicks, Proposals, Presentations as well.
Developing Information Architecutre, User Flows, Wireframes and Hi-Fi Prototypes for multiple R&D projects. In addition to the leading the design process, I am also involved in Front End Development for the same projects.
